Ela Kagel

Digital strategist Ela Kagel specialises in the intersection of society, art, technology and economy. She co-founded SUPERMARKT Berlin in 2010 and leads the organisation as managing partner. She is also a founding member of Platform Cooperatives Germany, board member on the MoneyLab network and advisory board member on organisations such as Circles and SuperCoop. Ela’s work centres on the domains of digital platforms, organisational design, governance and cooperativism.. She is currently co-curating a project together with the Curatorial Collective for Public Art (CCPA) called GameChanger, which aims to explore contemporary mindsets and cultures of self-organisation and work in the cultural field.
