Eseji, zbrani v tej knjigi, raziskujejo želje in impulze, ki poganjajo digitalno kulturo, ter se pri tem osredotočajo na premik od skupnega k NFT-jem, od novih oblik skupne uporabe do širjenja zasebnega lastništva in tržnih dobrin. Razkrivajo, kako zelo se je naša kultura spremenila v zadnjih 20 letih, ter obenem odkrivajo presenetljive kontinuitete med skupnim in nekaterimi izrazito eksperimentalnimi rabami tehnologije veriženja blokov.

Napisali so jih umetniki, raziskovalci, kuratorji in tehnologi iz Evrope, Severne Amerike in Vzhodne Azije, ki tako v razpravo vnašajo prepotrebne izkušnje iz prve roke ter dolgoročno perspektivo.
