Nicole L’Huillier
Nicole L’Huillier (1985) is a transdisciplinary artist and researcher from Santiago, Chile. By exploring how sounds and vibrations could be used as a construction material, her work delves into questions of agency, identity, collectivity and vibrational imagination. It usually takes the form of sound installations, vibrational/sonic sculptures, performances and compositions. L’Huillier holds a PhD in Media Arts & Sciences from MIT and her work has recently been shown at transmediale, Kunsthalle Baden Baden, Ural Industrial Biennial, Biennial of Media Arts in Santiago, Venice Architecture Biennial and Ars Electronica.
